Lights, Camera, Action! 18

Christmas movies…there are so many to blog about. There are the “old” classics, like It’s a Wonderful Life and Miracle on 34th Street. Then there are the “new” classics, like Home Alone 1 & 2 with Macaulay Culkin (the only ones worth seeing in my humble opinion) and The Santa Clause movies with Tim Allen. This is just the time of year when you can see and enjoy all these heart-warming family movies. Most television sitcoms also have seasonal episodes, like Friends, Home Improvement etc. The best for me, still is all the Christmas cartoons, the older the better, like Flintstones Christmas, Smurfs Christmas, anything with the Muppets…and every year (except this one) I would watch The Life & Adventures of Santa Claus (a unique version of the story). And I can't forget to mention all the cartoons and movies about the birth of Jesus (the reason for the season afterall!) So basically this is the time of year I spent much of time in front of the television!
